The role requires strong project management experience in electrical construction, knowledge of codes, and the ability to read and write contracts. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets, and pursue integrated solutions with our wider operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction project experience in the regional market.
• Prior experience with design/build is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience in writing detailed scope proposals.
• Strong Excel, Word, and estimating software skills (ConEst a plus).
• Excellent people, communication, and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from start to close, tracking costs and time.
• Provide monthly status and percent complete reports.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and estimates for electrical work.
• Market and build profitable jobs.
• Manage project costs, time, and performance decisions.
• Cross-sell other company operations through integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Direct and coordinate the work force.
• Support an injury-free environment and safety culture.
