Job summary

EC Electric in Pasco, WA is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager (Industrial) to lead construction projects on site from planning to closeout. You will manage budgets, scope, safety and client relations while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong contract writing, estimation and negotiation skills, plus proficiency with Excel, Word and Estimating software.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market.
• Experience with design/build is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience writing detailed scope proposals.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and estimating software (ConEst a plus).
• Excellent people, communication and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service and tenant work.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
• Make decisions on project cost, time and performance.
• Cross-sell other company operations through integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and in-house operations.
• Direct and coordinate workforce and maintain safety culture.
