Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing with training, health & safety focus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• OSHA 10-hour (preferred 30-hour) course completed.
• Experience as trainer/teacher of EHS subjects and audits.
• Minimum OSHA records, hazard identification, risk assessment.
• Lean manufacturing and 5S exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow up the Internal Audit program.
• Act as the Site’s Document Control Coordinator.
• Administer training programs and maintain training matrices.
• Coach department owners in certification programs.
• Schedule trainings and promote safety culture.
• Track and archive training documentation for real-time status.
• Drive and promote 5S across the facility.
