Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in occupational safety, health, and environmental management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve site EHS programs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead EHS inspections and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate EHS training for new hires and staff to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage internal/external EHS stakeholder activities and reporting.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to EHS budgeting and resource planning.
