The role requires 4–7 years in safety/environmental management in manufacturing, strong communication, and analytical skills; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in occupational safety, health and environmental management.
• Manufacturing/heavy industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and execute site-specific EHS programs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead EHS inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate EHS records.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Support EHS training and annual budgeting/resource planning.
