Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager for our Decorah, IA site. This onsite role leads EH&S program development, conducts investigations, and ensures regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and ISO14001 standards.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in EH&S, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong communication skills. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits available.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EH&S.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing EH&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA rules & regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 implementation and audits.
• Excellent communication and self-motivation.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with management to create and implement EH&S programs.
• Conduct accident investigations to reduce liability and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain EPA hazardous waste records; oversee wastewater/air sampling when needed.
• Ensure plant compliance with EH&S laws and permit requirements.
• Lead EH&S audits and coordinate with Corporate EH&S teams.
• Act as technical consultant on chemical safety and waste management.
