Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist in Mission, TX to join the T&O Global Supply Chain team as an on-site employee.

You will create and follow the Internal Audit program, coordinate training, and drive safety culture across the site. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years in manufacturing with training/safety experience, OSHA knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires OSHA knowledge and training/teaching experience.
• OSHA 10-hour (preferred OSHA 30-hour) and compliance with training standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience auditing and maintaining training databases.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Internal Audit program.
• Coordinate site document control and corrective actions.
• Maintain training matrix and deliver training programs.
• Coach department owners to develop certification programs.
• Schedule trainings and promote safety culture and mindfulness.
• Track and archive training documentation for real-time status.
• Support EHS activities as needed.
• Drive 5S program and monthly reporting.
