Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an EHS Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, facilities management, environmental, safety, or related field.
• Knowledge of EHS principles and standard processes in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure environmental health and safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other applicable EHS regulations.
• Lead incident reporting and drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Organize, perform, and document safety audits, training, and programs.
• Track and report on EHS metrics and progress toward objectives.
• Partner with manufacturing and field personnel to prevent and resolve EHS issues effectively.
• Apply proactive safety methodology and a solution-based approach.
• Lead or participate in Lean initiatives to improve operations.
