Job summary

nVent is seeking an on-site Facilities & EHS Manager for our Warwick, RI facility to lead maintenance programs, safety practices, and environmental compliance. You will oversee budgets, capital projects, and contractor activities while supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Bring experience in OSHA compliance and EHS systems, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The role requires collaboration with regulators and engineers to advance ESG goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience.
• Experience leading safety and/or environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, state and federal safety regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery including CNC equipment.
• Proven communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility maintenance programs and documentation.
• Lead budgets, capital projects, repairs, preventive maintenance and contractor activities.
• Oversee all EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Drive ESG initiatives and sustainability across facilities and EHS teams.
• Conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including regulators and engineers.
