Job summary
nVent is seeking a senior EHS leader to drive safety and environmental strategies across manufacturing settings. You will collaborate with site leadership to align initiatives with business goals, mentor teams on safe practices, and lead incident investigations.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience leading safety and/or environmental management systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and applying them in a plant setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advance EHS strategy with clear direction for people and business outcomes.
- Be a visible safety leader with shop floor presence and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Plant Manager to align EHS initiatives with site priorities.
- Identify workplace hazards and mitigate risk with plant teams.
- Champion a ZERO HARM culture across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee environmental programs related to waste, water and energy and ensure regulatory compliance.
