IREN US Operations Inc. seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Advisor for our Childress, TX facility. This role focuses on promoting health and safety, ensuring compliance, and reducing workplace risks.

The EHS Advisor will identify hazards, assess risks, and implement proactive measures across departments, coordinating with site leadership and operations teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational or process safety.
• Strong understanding of legislation and industry best practices with proven HSE system implementation.
• Excellent communication and people skills across all levels.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Aufgaben

• Implement and continuously enhance the EHS Management System to address business needs and risks.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management in a multi-jurisdictional organization.
• Assess health, safety, and environmental risks and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conduct routine audits of safety and environmental performance.
• Collect, analyze, and report safety and environmental data and KPIs.
• Participate in incident investigations and share learnings for improvements.
• Collaborate with site safety manager to set annual HSE goals and training.
