Job summary

U.S. Compliance seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Client Advisor to support industrial facilities across North America with health & safety (OSHA) and environmental compliance.

The role focuses on training, program development, safety committees, and facility walkthroughs, with travel to local and regional sites (6–8 overnight stays per month). A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing safety experience are preferred, with Spanish fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of occupational safety experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and OSHA regulations.
• Spanish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections and site assessments.
• Develop site-specific safety programs and training.
• Lead safety committee meetings.
• Serve as primary client contact and travel as needed.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant programs and documentation.
