Job summary

U.S. Compliance is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Client Advisor to work with industrial facilities across North America.

You will perform facility inspections, develop site-specific safety programs, conduct employee safety training, and lead safety committee meetings. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing safety are preferred; OSHA knowledge is essential and bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in development and implementation of safety programs; knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Spanish language skills valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete facility inspections and site assessments for clients.
• Develop site-specific safety programs and conduct training.
• Lead safety committee meetings and safety planning.
• Perform regular site walkthroughs and regulatory compliance tasks.
