Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) to provide onsite EAP services in Spokane, WA. This work-site based part-time/contract role offers 8 hours per month and includes in-person and video/telephonic coaching and consultation.

The clinician will lead topical and support groups, conduct employee and supervisor EAP trainings, provide management consultations, and participate in health fairs and enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience.
• Current Independent State License to Practice.
• Current Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience in Work-Related Issues.
• EAP Experience Preferred.
• Experience in trauma.
• CEAP a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic).
• Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees.
• Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions.
• Provides Management Consultations.
• Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response.
• Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities.
• Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction.
