Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy).
• Post-graduate clinical experience required.
• Current independent state license to practice.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Experience related to work-related issues or EAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides short-term, solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person and via video/phone).
• Leads topical and support groups for employees.
• Conducts employee and supervisor EAP training and orientation sessions.
• Provides management consultations.
• Provides on-site critical incident response.
• Participates in health fairs, open enrollment and health promotion activities.
• Promotes the program and ensures program satisfaction.
