Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline required.
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience required.
• Current Independent State License to Practice required.
• Current Malpractice Insurance required.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with work-related issues.
• EAP experience preferred.
• Trauma experience.
• CEAP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)
• Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
• Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
• Provides Management Consultations
• Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
• Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
• Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
