Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) to provide onsite EAP services in Spokane, WA. This work-site based part-time/contract role offers 8 hours per month and includes in-person and video/telephonic coaching and consultation.

The clinician will lead topical and support groups, conduct employee and supervisor EAP trainings, provide management consultations, and participate in health fairs and enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience.
• Current Independent State License to Practice.
• Current Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience in Work-Related Issues.
• EAP Experience Preferred.
• Experience in trauma.
• CEAP a Plus.

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services Spokane, WA. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position ( 8 hours a MO). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.
