RTX is seeking Production Test Engineers (PTE) to validate and troubleshoot the test hardware, support test equipment, and drive improvements across development and production lifecycles at the Tucson site.

U.S. citizens with an active clearance are required; DoD Secret clearance eligibility applies. Relocation is eligible. A STEM degree with at least 2 years of electrical testing experience and ATF access is required. The role is onsite with competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• STEM degree required with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and provide accurate rework instructions for product hardware.
• Create and maintain spares and test equipment obsolescence plans.
• Lead projects to reduce test time and improve test processes using data analysis.
• Maintain test equipment documentation and perform fault isolation and repair.
