RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer to join our Tucson manufacturing team. The role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and improving test processes for DoD-grade hardware, with the opportunity to influence yields and capacity.

Candidates must have a STEM degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain ATF access. This onsite position offers relocation eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Experience with electrical/electronic testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoots and provides accurate rework instructions for the product hardware.
• Create and maintain spares and the test equipment obsolescence plan.
• Create BOE estimates to estimate costs to add capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescence.
• Leads projects to reduce test time, improve the test process through analysis of predictive metrics of trends, failure modes, and test yields.
• Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
• Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package which includes drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software.
• Assist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of the product or test equipment.
• Lead root cause and corrective action investigations and present findings, utilizing fault trees and knowledge point plans.
• Performs risk assessments and supports the programs risk register reviews.
• Leads projects and is responsible for execution.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
