Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ team onsite. You will troubleshoot hardware, develop test flows, and lead tests to reduce cycle times while ensuring adherence to DoD data package requirements and test equipment standards.

You will collaborate with manufacturing to drive efficiency, maintain technical data packages, and support non-routine fault isolation and root-cause investigations. Active DoD clearance is required for start.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic testing is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and provides rework instructions for hardware.
• Develops test flows and capacity analysis.
• Maintains test equipment data packages and manuals.
• Leads root cause investigations and presents findings.
• Performs risk assessments and supports program risk reviews.
• Multitasks in a fast-paced production environment.
