TJFACT, a minority-owned, SDVOSB, is seeking a Project/Warehouse Manager on a full-time onsite basis in Albany, Georgia. The role supports the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and DoD, serving as the primary onsite point of contact for Government representatives.

The position requires supervising contractor personnel, overseeing contract performance, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in line with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, manage, and ensure successful completion of contract requirements while serving as the onsite point of contact for Government representatives.
• Provide supervision of contractor personnel, plan and manage contract performance, schedule work to maximize resources, and deliver accurate reports.
• Supervise to prevent inefficient methods in labor-hour services.
• Implement cost-saving measures and quality control to support work as scheduled at a fair and reasonable cost.
• Adjust staffing and schedules to meet customer requirements while minimizing overtime.
