Job summary

TJFACT is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Supervisor to support DLA, DoD, in Albany, GA. This full-time onsite role supervises personnel, oversees warehouse operations, and ensures contract requirements are met efficiently.

The supervisor acts as the onsite point of contact, coordinating with Government representatives and the Project/Warehouse Manager to ensure timely, compliant work. This position is tied to a proposal effort and contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments and supervision from the Project/Warehouse Manager.
• Plan, control, manage, and ensure completion of assigned work.
• Serve as onsite supervisor and Government liaison in the manager's absence.
• Supervise contractor personnel, allocate resources, and manage performance.
• Prevent inefficient or wasteful labor-hour methods through supervision.
• Implement cost-saving measures and quality control aligned with contract terms.
• Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.
• Ensure work is performed properly and in accordance with the contract.
