Job summary

Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) in Albany, Georgia seeks a Warehouse Specialist Supervisor to oversee defense logistics operations onsite and ensure efficient, compliant warehouse performance under a DoD contract.

You will supervise contractor personnel, allocate resources, monitor activities, and act as the onsite liaison for Government representatives in the absence of the Project/Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments and operational direction from the Project/Warehouse Manager.
• Plan, control, manage, and ensure the successful completion of assigned work.
• Serve as the Contractor's onsite supervisor and point of contact for Government representatives in the absence of the Project/Warehouse Manager.
• Provide supervision of contractor personnel, including planning, allocating resources, managing personnel, monitoring performance, and reporting.
• Ensure cost-saving measures and quality control practices are implemented to support work being performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.
• Conduct spot checks of completed work to ensure compliance with contract terms and deadlines.
• Ensure work is performed properly and efficiently in accordance with the contract.
