Job summary

TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Warehouse Specialist Supervisor to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Albany, Georgia. This full-time onsite role supervises contractor personnel, supports warehouse operations, and ensures contract requirements are performed efficiently and in accordance with Government expectations.

The role involves day-to-day management of warehouse activities, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and acting as the onsite point of contact in the absence

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments and operational direction from the Project/Warehouse Manager.
• Plan, control, manage, and ensure the successful completion of assigned work.
• Serve as onsite supervisor and point of contact for Government representatives in the absence of the Project/Warehouse Manager.
• Provide supervision of contractor personnel, including planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Supervise to prevent inefficient methods and ensure quality control and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and established deadlines.
• Conduct spot checks of completed work for adherence to procedures.
• Ensure work is performed properly and in accordance with contract terms.
