Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Implementations Network Engineer for a DISA program based at Scott AFB, IL. The role is fully onsite and involves installation, configuration, activation, testing, and support of DoD network services to ensure secure, compliant operations.

The engineer will coordinate IT&A, manage TSOs, configure devices using templates, review DISN databases, and collaborate with project managers to meet requirements. A Secret clearance and IAT II are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
Experience configuring, activating, testing, and troubleshooting enterprise network systems.

Responsibilities

Perform customer coordination, Initial Test and Acceptance (IT&A), reporting, and data input for new service activations.
Implement network services per DISA standards, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with customers, solution architects, and vendor SMEs to implement network changes.
