Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Controller / Network Engineer to support DoDIN operations. This on-site role at Scott AFB, IL, involves monitoring, troubleshooting, implementation, and activation of mission-critical DoD network infrastructure while ensuring DISA compliance.

Opportunities also exist in Pearl Harbor, HI. Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in network engineering or NOC, Cisco/Juniper experience, and DoD security knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in network engineering, operations, or NOC.
• Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper devices in LAN/WAN environments.
• DoD/secure network environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on a global DoD network.
• Configure, implement, test, activate, and monitor network devices and services.
• Manage incident tickets, service orders, and change requests with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, DISA stakeholders, vendors, and operations teams for activations.
• Support fault management, alarm surveillance, and service restoration in a 24/7 environment.
