Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail and documents
• Load incoming mail into equipment that opens and prepares documents for processing
• Move opened documents into the scanning process for upload into internal systems
• Ensure documents are scanned accurately and associated with the appropriate information
• Maintain a consistent and efficient pace in a high-volume production environment
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and scanning quality
• Follow established procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
• Identify document or scanning issues and elevate when appropriate
• Maintain an organized workspace and document flow
