The role supports the Document Processing Team within Operations and emphasizes accuracy and efficiency in digitizing documents.

The position requires 1+ year of data management/clerk duties, HS/GED completion, and the ability to operate scanners and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Operate scanners and processing equipment to digitize documents accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of scanned images, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Document files and manage the release of scanned materials to clients or internal teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support smooth workflow operations.
• Assist with rotating tasks among scanning, quality control, and indexing to meet daily production goals.
