Job summary

Penske is seeking a District Human Resources Manager to support district field teams and collaborate with leadership on human capital strategy. The role will be based in Honolulu and Kapolei, with no remote work.

You will lead onboarding, talent management, workforce planning, and associate relations while ensuring compliance and driving engagement across two locations. The position requires 3+ years HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and SHRM or HRCI certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Some knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong communication and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding programs and supervise onboarding Ambassadors.
• Coach and develop supervisors and managers on people management and development plans.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, recruiting, and workforce planning.
• Support labor relations and compliance with Penske policies and regulations.
• Deliver training across locations and ensure consistent technical training.
