• Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and facilitate the District’s New Associate Experience onboarding program.
• Lead, coach, and support onboarding Ambassadors throughout the district.
• Coach managers on development plans and ensure progress through district leadership.
• Prepare documents for district-level succession planning and talent reviews.
• Collaborate with location leaders to ensure training compliance and effectiveness.
