You will drive onboarding, retention, talent development and workforce planning, partnering with district leadership to ensure compliant, people-centered programs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HR (generalist/specialist/recruiting) or related field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 30–50%.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; basic HRIS understanding.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and guide the District’s New Associate Experience and onboarding Ambassadors.
• Coach leaders on people management and development plans.
• Develop district succession plans and quarterly talent reviews.
• Collaborate with recruiting and district leadership on staffing strategy.
• Ensure HR policies, programs and compliance across locations.
