Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing seeks a District Human Resources Manager to partner with district leadership, drive onboarding and development programs, manage staffing plans, and ensure policy compliance. This on-site role requires travel 30-50% within the district and close collaboration with leaders and associates.

You will lead talent reviews, coach managers, and coordinate HR initiatives across multiple locations, aligning with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a HR role (generalist, specialist, recruiting).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred.
• Some knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and new associate experience across the district.
• Coach managers on development plans and performance discussions.
• Collaborate on staffing levels and recruiting strategy with district leadership.
• Advise on HR policies and compliance; participate in labor relations activities.
• Support district talent reviews and succession planning.
