Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a District Human Resources Manager to support district field teams and collaborate with leadership to execute human capital strategy across 15 locations including Dayton, Cincinnati, and Erlanger. This role focuses on engaging associates, retention, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with Penske standards.

You will implement HR practices, develop associates, and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role (generalist, specialist, recruiting) or equivalent field operations experience with Penske.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and retention initiatives across 15 locations within the district.
• Coach and develop managers on people management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning.
• Advise on interpretation of HR policies, programs, and union agreements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
