Job summary

ER Associates in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to act as the communication hub between delivery teams, operations, and customers. This onsite role combines dispatch coordination, problem-solving, and customer support in a busy warehouse environment.

You will monitor 30–40 daily routes, maintain real-time driver communications, resolve delays, and keep operations on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or field service coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience communicating with drivers throughout the day.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate 30–40 daily delivery routes.
• Maintain real-time communication with delivery teams.
• Resolve route changes, delays, and service issues.
• Provide delivery updates to customers and resolve concerns.
• Support warehouse check-in activities for returning teams.
• Track operational issues and document exceptions.
• Provide daily operational updates to leadership.
