United Site Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily transportation activities, dispatch drivers, and resolve customer issues to ensure timely service and deliveries. You will route drivers, handle calls, and collaborate with the customer service team to align schedules with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information and instructions to drivers (schedules, route changes, road conditions, road incidents) to ensure on-time service.
• Handle all customer call-ins and provide updates on delivery/service times.
• Place outbound calls to customers for issues like locked gates or missed services.
• Support drivers during emergencies and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to schedule deliveries and services.
• Post route data and optimize sequences for pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Review driver manifests daily and document pencil notes for accuracy.
• Verify manifest details during route check-in for proper posting.
• Keep Operations Manager informed about issues and resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
