Job summary

ER Associates is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Dispatch Coordinator) in Kent, WA 98031. This 100% onsite role is a 6 Months Contract to Hire with a high possibility of extension or conversion.

Pay rate is $18/hr, with a Monday-Saturday schedule 05:00 AM - 7:00 PM (one weekend off and one weekday off). The role supports delivery and logistics operations, acting as the primary contact for customers, partners, and driver teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth delivery
