Circle E Facility & Home Services Inc is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, TX. You will be the key link between customers and field technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional experiences daily.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling and dispatching technicians, managing schedules, tracking job status, and processing orders accurately.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or related administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, or dispatch tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.
• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch field technicians for service calls and work orders.
• Manage and update dispatch schedules to maximize technician efficiency and minimize response times.
• Track job status and communicate updates to customers and team members in real time.
• Process work orders, service agreements, and customer account information accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations and management to support daily workflow and service goals.
