Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Case Manager in Charleston, WV to support individuals and families affected by disasters. You will conduct outreach, assess needs, create recovery plans, and connect clients to community resources, while maintaining detailed case records.

You will travel to various locations, work nights and weekends as required, and collaborate with health professionals and other stakeholders to ensure timely, empathetic service and compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services preferred.
• High School diploma or GED with three years of relevant experience accepted.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster-affected clients and complete intake.
• Develop and monitor recovery plans and coordinate services.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare progress reports.
• Travel to various locations as needed and provide after-hours support.
