Job summary

Tidal Basin Group is looking for a qualified Case Manager to work on-site in Charleston, WV. The ideal candidate will serve clients affected by disaster events, providing support and developing Recovery Plans.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating services, building community relationships, and representing the organization at events. An Associate’s degree and at least one year of case management experience are required.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in publicly facing case management.
• Experience compiling and entering data preferred.
• Experience in event planning and public speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating required services to address unmet needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
• Represent the organization at community events.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies.
• Gather and communicate community feedback.
• Coordinate and manage community engagement programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for community inquiries.
• Monitor community trends and issues.
