Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Gloucester Program in Mullica Hill, NJ. The DSP will empower individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, supporting daily living and personal care while following behavior plans.

The role involves data collection, coordination of transportation, and documentation. A compassionate, patient approach and valid NJ driver's license are required; access to benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License in the candidate’s name and current address; 1 year driving experience.
• Minimum 6 months direct care experience OR BA degree or current enrollment in related field.
• Desire to work with autistic and developmentally disabled individuals.

Responsabilités

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision, teaching daily living skills.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities; provide safe transport.
• Complete paperwork and maintain communication with families and guardians.
