Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Gloucester Program in Swedesboro, NJ. The DSP helps individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach personal goals while supporting safety and quality of care.

The role requires evening/overnight shifts on a 40-hour schedule, with a competitive hourly range and benefits. Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License in the candidate’s legal name and current address; one year minimum driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal prep, money management, and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision, teaching daily living and functional skills toward resident goals.
