Zebra Technologies is seeking a first-shift Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test customer products. Training will be provided, and no diploma is required; basic math and reading/writing skills are expected.

In a safety-conscious environment, you will document repairs, follow protocols, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. The role operates on a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:45AM - 3:15PM) with hourly pay of $17.50, and a comprehensive benefits framework under Zebra Total

Qualifications

• No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing products to restore functionality and ensure quality.
• Inspect products for defects, perform post-repair functionality tests, and maintain equipment and tools.
• Document repair processes, findings, and parts used, ensuring accurate and organized records.
• Communicate repair updates and timelines while handling products with care to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve repair goals in a respectful and supportive environment.
• Follow safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Contribute to maintaining quality and consistency by adhering to repair procedures and standards.
