Compucom Staffing seeks a Level 2 Desktop Technician for an onsite role in Sumter, SC. You will support end users, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, and act as the primary local technical resource for site initiatives.

The position requires 3+ years in desktop support, familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Strong customer service and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiar with ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and peripheral problems.
• Provide Microsoft 365 and productivity app support.
• Assist end users with account access, device setup, and support needs.
• Provide VIP and executive-level technical support as required.
• Image, configure, deploy, and replace desktops and mobile devices.
• Maintain asset inventory records and lifecycle management.
