Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for desktop computing devices, including deployment, repair, replacement, and monitoring. This onsite role requires engaging with customers to diagnose issues, document inquiries, and train end users.

Strong prioritization and independent problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced environment. The position offers full-time hours, dayshift, and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of relevant desktop support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to support requests in tracking system and interviews customer to determine issue scope.
• Diagnoses, resolves and closes desktop computing issues per SLA; escalates when needed.
• Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality.
• Provides end-user desktop computing training.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and decisive judgment.
