United Health Services is seeking a Technical Support I to provide frontline desktop support across the organization in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will install, configure, and maintain PC workstations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely work order completion.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with IT and other departments to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical IT training completed.

• Two years of technical support experience in a networked environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for end users and resolve Help Desk tickets.
• Install and maintain PC workstations and related hardware and software.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Document issues and verify resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with PC imaging, configuration and software setup.
• Coordinate with other departments for hardware and software installations/upgrades.
• Train users to operate basic computing functions and basic apps.
