Qualifications

• Experience maintaining asset records and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory weekly
• Receive assets, verify information, update records
• Identify obsolete assets and initiate disposal
• Deploy assets following FIFO and customer orders
• Contact cases within four business hours
• Document all customer interactions in case notes
• Meet SLA requirements with transparent status updates
• Maintain RTR assets for timely fulfillment
• Report shortages or delays to team lead
