CompucomStaffing client seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user support onsite in Cambridge, MA. You will handle Windows 11, Office 365, imaging, device setup, and migrations, delivering courteous, professional support to all users.

Responsibilities include on-site hardware and peripheral support, ServiceNow incident and request management, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues while maintaining asset inventory and IT standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
• Experience with imaging, hardware setup and user migrations.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote access tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
• Perform system imaging, deployment, and configuration of end-user devices.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, service requests, and ticket documentation.
• Assist with hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and user migrations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, printer, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely technical support to all users.
