Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst to join its Newington, NH team for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide Level 2 desktop support to employees, contractors, and approved vendors, focusing on Windows11, Dell hardware, printers, and essential business apps.

You will support Microsoft 365, Teams, mobile devices, and conference rooms across multiple sites including remote locations and international offices, documenting issues and escalating as needed while delivering excellent

Qualifications

Trade school or equivalent hands-on experience providing Level 2 desktop and end-user support.
Strong experience with Windows11 and Microsoft365 applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to document and explain technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical and desktop support for employees, contractors, and vendors, primarily for SubCom's Newington, NH facilities.
Support Microsoft365 apps, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other productivity tools.
Troubleshoot Windows11 devices, peripherals, printers, and conferencing equipment; document resolutions and escalate when needed.
Maintain accurate incident records and participate in onboarding/offboarding activities for users.
