Role Overview

This position provides Level 1 desktop and end-user support in an on-site healthcare environment. Responsibilities include handling walk-in IT requests, imaging laptops and desktops, installing software and updates, setting up workstations, and troubleshooting common desktop issues.

Note: This role does not involve phone support. A laptop is provided, and no driving is required.

Required Qualifications

• Some IT or desktop support experience (as little as 6+ months acceptable)
