Job summary
A3 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 100% onsite role in Buffalo, NY. You will provide direct end-user IT support, handle Windows OS and Microsoft Office in an enterprise environment, and assist with hardware setup and imaging.
Responsibilities include imaging, image recovery, VPN/WiFi support, account rights management, and delivering GREAT customer service while maintaining systems and troubleshooting issues for end users.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office in enterprise environments.
- Strong customer service and end-user communication skills.
- Ability to setup and configure hardware and peripherals.
- Experience with imaging and image recovery processes.
- Knowledge of VPN and WiFi connectivity troubleshooting.
- Team-oriented with willingness to assist others and train staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% onsite desktop support to end users in the enterprise.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
- Install and configure hardware and software packages.
- Imaging and image recovery as needed.
- Support and maintain user accounts, security, and groups.
- Assist with IMACs and large hardware deployments.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
- Document and track hardware and software changes.
